NAMI Wellness & Stress Relief Group
This online psychoeducational group is a safe place to learn and practice resiliency tools for dealing with stress as well as an opportunity to connect with others. Through shared experiences and discussion, participants gain healthy coping strategies to help maintain calm during challenging times.
The Wellness & Stress Relief group meets every week, and is led by Susan Dunn, M.A., NAMI Education & Support Services Manager.
