Mindful Eating Meditation Practice


This exercise is another tool for developing awareness.

Eating is something we do every day but normally most of us eat automatically or mechanically. By experimenting with eating differently, paying full attention in a non-judgmental, open way, and staying in the present moment as much as possible, we can slow down and utilize it as an activity to practice self-awareness and experience mindfulness within our everyday life.
