Peaceful Meditation Practice


This is a relaxation practice that takes about 20 minutes. It's best to use when you feel tired or are struggling to fall asleep.  As with all of these practices, do not worry if you are doing them correctly or not.  The more you practice, the more natural it becomes.  It's a matter of being open to the process.  You don't have to do anything because your body knows what to do!
