Coastal Seniors

-         Buses to Santa Rosa every Thursday

-         Buses to and from senior lunches and local errands- $1-$4 round trip ever Tuesday

-         $10 round trip

-         Reservations require – call (707)-822-2137 by 4pmthe day before the pick-up

-         Also has buses for seniors to multiple food distributions and community lunches

-         Provides other resources such as a “fall prevention program” and Welfare and Quality of Life Checks for seniors

Volunteer Center of Sonoma County – Volunteer Wheels

-         Rides are available for all County areas as well as Guerneville and Monte Rio

-         Reserve via (707)-573-3377

-         Handicap, walker, and wheelchair accessible

-         Driver walks with passenger to and from the buildings (outside)

-         Must complete an application to be a customer

-         Available for elderly, disabled, or Medicare clients

-         Accessible from Russian River Area, Forestville, Sebastopol and Santa Rosa – may have to change buses though

-         For Providence Hospital Events: Memorial hospital bus code – 7723700 -buses 34 and 30 (down the street around the corner– turn right – to get to St. Joe’s) – transfer buses to the 34 or 30 at the Santa Rosa Transit Mall stop code 7700100 – take bus 20 (stops extend all the way to Monte Rio Creekside Park and then takes River Road back through Sebastopol all the way through to Santa Rosa Transit Mall)
