Lynea Seiberlich-Wheeler, LCSW is an Associate Director of Behavioral Health at West County Health Centers.

She is a member of the Clinician’s Steering Committee for the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and a facilitator for the Sonoma Community Resilience Collaborative. Lynea specializes in working with community members experiencing homelessness in Sonoma County. When she is not working, Lynea enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.
